Located in Annapolis, Ms. Chase has over 25 years of experience representing individuals and small businesses in Maryland and Virginia. An experienced and an aggressive litigator, committed to accomplishing the best result for each client, she will look for creative solutions to resolve the client’s issues and accomplish the client’s goals. Her belief is that a proactive approach to legal representation will prevent legal issues and allow a business to grow and thrive while avoiding significant legal entanglements.

Ms. Chase’s business concentration is in the areas of business organizations, contract disputes, civil litigation, and bankruptcy matters.

She is a member of the state and federal courts of Maryland and Virginia as well as the Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

She has proudly served as president of the Women’s Bar Association of Maryland and is an active member of numerous bar associations.
